Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Account Manager in ELMSFORD, New York. As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with maintaining customer accounts and processing customer applications with precision. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and taking necessary actions. This position is rooted in the industry, demanding familiarity with various accounting software systems and client communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and monitor customer accounts

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Precisely process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Employ CRM tools to enhance customer relationships

• Operate 3M and ADP - Financial Services tools as needed

• Execute accounting and billing functions to ensure financial accuracy

• Participate in budget processes and campaign planning

• Facilitate effective client communications

• Contribute to ad campaigns using the 'About Time' approach. Requirements • Proficiency in using 3M

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems

• Experience in using ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Competency in using CRM

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Skills in Campaign Planning
