Job Summary:
This position is responsible for receiving raw materials and/or finished products and warehousing of receipts. Administrator is responsible for shipping, receiving & inventory control reports. Additionally, is responsible for picking and shipping customer orders, creating pre-sterile shipping orders, and maintaining inventory integrity through cycle count process. Will receive some direction on assignments and is then expected to complete the work independently.
Job Details:
Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to requirements for traceability of product, handling of discrepant materials, and the Quality System requirements for Distribution centers.
Requires the ability to drive various types of powered industrial lift equipment.
Process incoming small package deliveries and raw material receiving and warehousing to assigned locations.
Process finished goods for shipment. Accurately select products in accordance with customer order specifications.
Responsible for packing and shipping of orders in a cost effective manner.
Process production requests from manual storage locations.
Assist with automation problem solving, changing AGV batteries, drop stands, etc.
Initiate cycle count process & enter cycle count results.
Product allocation and pick slip generation.
Coordinates release of backorders against customer orders.
Prioritizes & arranges receiving delivery appointments & coordinates schedule with vendors.
Use JDE to input data from receipts, generate reports, confirm shipments, process internal sample requests and process return to vendor requests.
Coordinates & monitors preparation of receiving reports for returned goods & coordinates disposition of said goods with Quality Control.
Generates World Writer reports to monitor flow of orders to distribution centers and direct customers.
Prepares bills of lading and contacts carriers for pick-ups.
Verify daily compliance for pre-operational checks of all Powered Industrial Lift Equipment used in the warehouse.
Generates Canadian Customs Invoices and communicates all pertinent information for stock shipments to Import/Export.
Assist with the grinding of production waste and compacting of recycled material.
Coordinates training activities with Warehouse Manager.
Participates in safety team activities on behalf of the job unit in order to provide ideas, methods, or processes for company safety metric improvement.
Submits change orders as required for procedures and/or changes/deletions of controlled documents.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
Working Conditions : This position exists in the warehouse environment. Typically works in an uncontrolled environment involving exposure to adverse weather conditions. Position occasionally requires gowning procedures for controlled environment and adherence to safety precautions in designated areas. Within the environment are some exposure to varying degrees of temperature, elevated noise levels and various types of powered equipment. Position may at times involve the handling of hazardous waste or chemicals. Position may at times require the use of personal protective equipment and steel toed safety shoes are required. Position Requirements:
A high school education, coupled with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related position is required.
Two years warehouse experience required.
Must have a driver’s license with a minimum of one year’s experience in driving.
Working knowledge of JD Edwards system & cycle counting is preferred.
Must be able to use shipping software and be computer proficient.
A sound understanding of the supply chain process from manufacturing through distribution.
Previous experience using Powered Industrial Lift Equipment including sit down rider, and powered walk-behind.
Typically requires close visual attention to work being performed.
Requires the ability to lift at least, but not limited to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time at a work- station.
Job may include continual stopping, bending, lifting, pulling, pushing and reaching. In-frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.

Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
