Job Overview:
The Program Coordinator provides evaluation and assessment for the CCBHC-IA grant by capturing and analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Database management and ability to complete sophisticated statistical analysis
Experience in the use of software, such as Excel, for quantitative data analysis
Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
Ability to correctly interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures, regulations, and standards in a consistent, systematic manner
Preferred:
Master s degree
Experience with completing program calculations and outcome studies in mental health, social services, or healthcare
2-3 years of experience working in data analytics, outcomes, reporting and computer science technologies
Scheduling Requirements:
Shift working, 8:30-4:30pm each day
Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:
Conduct routine analysis on program process and outcome data
Identify program improvement working closely with program staff
Presents written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings
Monitors progress towards project goals and objectives, effectiveness, impact and sustainability
Extracts and analyzes data from existing case files and other clinical documents
Demonstrates knowledge of evaluation methods and data analysis techniques
Monitors Key Performance Indicators to provide information to CCBHC Project Director and agency leadership to evaluate program effectiveness
Develops monitoring markers to measure clinical best practices
Maintains compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
Attends staff meetings, workshops, trainings and supervision
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
