This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Attendance at the office on all three in-office days is mandatory.

Overview

The ideal candidate for our art director position will passionately strive to move the agency’s creative agenda forward. Works closely with art director partner to develop ideas for all forms of communication, recognizing that today’s constantly changing media and technology offers new tools and demands new approaches and solutions. Strong digital experience. Creative excellence is essential. Must have a dedication, persistence and passion for relevant, groundbreaking ideas, be organized and an excellent communicator. Must be proficient in Spanish at a professional level.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, brainstorm, imagine, and develop creative ideas and executions for social.

  • Possess strong writing skills with the ability to seamlessly transition between various voices and styles.

  • Proven ability to craft engaging copy for social posts, digital content, ad campaigns, video scripts, and storyboards.

  • Extensive knowledge of all current social platforms, along with familiarity with emerging ones.

  • Ability to demonstrate how ideas integrate brand and media strategies.

  • Understanding of metrics, optimization strategies, and paid media, including the unique advertising offerings of each platform.

  • Ensure alignment with visual communication and brand standards.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to meet client needs in planning and accounts.

  • Respond to feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Responsible for developing concepts and copy for creative decks to be presented to clients.

  • Present creative decks both internally and to clients.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

  • Oversee the entire production process, collaborating with designers, producers, directors, photographers, and illustrators to execute projects.

  • Stay curious and up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and evolving communication and storytelling techniques.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industry landscapes, and product strategies. Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, interactive or design related program

  • 4+ years of experience in advertising agencies.

  • Portfolio or reel must demonstrate the ability to create work that appeals to diverse audiences, with strong conceptual ideas across various media.

  • A portfolio with 360 campaigns is preferred.

  • Knowledge of and experience in the Hispanic market are highly regarded.

  • Experience with AI tools will be valued.

  • Must be proficient in Spanish at a professional level.

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $101,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
