Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Administrator position will join a team responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of all learning activities company-wide. They will also provide general support to the larger Human Resources team in addition to all banners of The Brick.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
Utilize and maintain our LMS (Learning Management System) including user records, learning assignments, reporting and administrative functions
Work with all areas of the business to create learning programs, learning modules and innovative content
Designs, develops and maintains learning materials and tools
Administration of our third-party e-learning system(s)
Create learning reports and track the progress and success of learning programs using Excel and Excel formulas
Assist with writing company-wide communications including memos, announcements, emails, promotional materials, etc.
Proofread and edit content and materials provided by a wide variety of business units
Provide additional administrative support to the larger Human Resources and Corporate Office team
Participate on company project teams
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field is an asset
Experience with learning module software (Articulate/Storyline experience an asset)
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Excel
Proficiency in business writing and proofreading
Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Customer service focused with the desire to deliver exceptional service in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
High level of initiative and drive
