What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for keeping assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.

2. Clean and sanitize restrooms and other areas on the center.

3. Collect and dispose of all trash, litter and other debris found around the buildings and grounds.

4. Keep clean the exterior steps, entrances, landings, interior walls, ceilings, light fixtures and sidewalks.

5. Work with compounds, waxes, disinfectants and other cleaning agents.

6. Maintain center appearance and grounds by cleaning,, weeding, mowing, trimming, fertilizing, reseeding, or planting and all trees and shrubs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience as a custodian preferred.

• Must understand basic cleaning compounds, waxes, polishes, disinfectants, etc, and their proper applications.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
