Responsibilities Job Description

This Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Outreach & Sales in achieving/maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer senior housing community and providing phenomenal customer service with prospective residents and family members during the decision making process as well as through the moving transition into the community. This position is based primarily in the community.

• 80 hours every two weeks

• Incentive plan included

• Day shift

• Pay Rate: $21.00-$28.00 hour based one experience

Promotes positive customer relations

Serves as a resource to senior age residents/tenants and families seeking information

Assumes special projects as assigned

High School Diploma/GED; Required

Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, Communications or Related Major; Preferred

1-3 Years Experience; Required

Must be able to respond to emergency situations and manage private resident issues with dignity and respect.
