As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data integration strategy, bridging gaps between myriad business units, including 100+ retail stores, ecommerce platforms, and our popular subscription box styling service.

Job Responsibilities:

Your core responsibilities will revolve around developing seamless data integration solutions that empower our business units.

• Developing SQL and Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Facilitating the integration of data sources across our retail, ecommerce and subscription box businesses.

• Creating and maintaining data pipelines, integrating vast data resources across various platforms.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, data analysts, and IT personnel.

• Enhancing data quality and accuracy, managing errors and redundancies.

• Ensuring data security and confidentiality by incorporating the latest data protection practices.

• Documenting processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving the implementation of solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SQL and Python with a solid understanding of data integration tools.

• Strong experience with handling multi-dimensional databases.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining large-scale data pipelines.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Understanding of data protection and handling standards.
