Employer: Juniors Lawn Service and Landscaping, LLC, 7804 Bley Road, Eden, NY 14057.

Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, gutter clean ups, leaf clean ups, digging, raking, prune and trim small bushes and brush in landscaping beds, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units and paths.

Employer to provide daily transportation to and from worksites in Erie, Niagara, and Chautauqua counties from employer address: 7804 Bley Road, Eden, NY 14057.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm; 40 hours/week- 8 hour workday at $19.80/hour. 15-20 hours of OT possible at $29.70/hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure.

No minimum education required, 3 months experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

A valid driver's license is preferred, or employee should be willing to obtain license upon employment.

Optional employer-provided housing with utilities is available for $295.40/month ($73.85/week) to be deducted from paycheck, if elected.

Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no cost to the workers, and guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12 wk period of total employment period.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
