Henny Penny Corporation Senior International Sales Manager in EATON, Ohio

Successfully identifies and targets revenue/growth opportunities within the commercial kitchen and quick service restaurant (QSR) industry for the Central and South American region and develops and implements detailed business sales plan to demonstrate how to maximize revenue opportunities. Identifies key contacts and decision makers within a customer organization and develops business relationships with distributors, partners, and customers and maintain responsive and proactive relationships. Shares distributor and customer feedback to customer service, technical service, product management, and marketing staff at Henny Penny regarding product and service issues. Drives distribution accountability based on performance and distribution change through the termination, recruitment and on-boarding of partners. Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Henny Penny products and solutions, including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition, and understanding of competitive products in the market. Manages Distributor Performance Expectation (DPE) program to drive accountability and overall network improvement. Develops sales tools and techniques to drive innovative market approach.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

 

6 years of sales management experience in the commercial kitchen and food service equipment industry, including at least 3 years of experience in the Central and South American QSR markets marketplace.

 

Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese languages is required to communicate with customers in the Central and South American markets. Travel outside the U.S. approximately 70% of average year.
