Due to the growth of our practice The Orthopedic Center is currently recruiting for the position of Clinical Support. This position participates in direct and indirect patient care.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Ordering diagnostic tests as directed
• Completing patient paperwork
• Fax and mail correspondence for patients
• Documenting reason for visit and patient history
• Assisting provider and medical assistant as needed and per direction
• Providing education to patient and family members
• Cleaning and maintaining patient rooms
• Provide Triage service to patients relating to health care questions and prescriptions within office protocol
• Accurately enter documentation into EHR system
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Highly qualified applicants should have a

current medical assistant certification or applicable experience, great customer service skills, capacity to multi-task, general computer skills, the ability to adhere to federal and state privacy laws, and a genuine desire to improve the well-being of our patients.
