Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrack and monitor pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) activities. Track and monitor activities within the R&D department, technical transfer activities at company, CDMOs, and licensing partners for commercialization of critical and life savings drugs. Coordinate in-house R&D projects. Ensure that projects are in accordance with company, industry, and governmental standards. Participate in meetings with key stakeholders within company and CDMOs. Prepare detailed project trackers, meeting minutes, reports and presentations as required. Identify pharmaceutical R&D bottlenecks and engage necessary stakeholders to resolve the same. Liaise with all key stakeholders such as R&D, Manufacturing, QA, QC, RA, PVG, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations in order to ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule. Perform assessment of the NJRD portfolio from technical and business perspective and propose new candidates for NJRD portfolio. Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry, plus two years as Program Manager, Project Manager, Chemical Engineer, or Chemist required. Knowledge of drug development process, product life cycle, regulatory planning organization and communications, technology transfers, commercial manufacturing, financial planning and management, work breakdown structure mapping and implementation, project management, continuous process improvement, and product launches required. Knowledge may be obtained in an academic and/or work setting. Annual Wage: $100,776. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Jobsite: East Windsor, New Jersey.
