Pay & Shifts:

• Hourly Rate: $23.40 to $37.96 per hour + $1.50 shift differential

• Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Mon-Thu), 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Fri) (Overtime as needed)

Training:

• Duration: 5-6 weeks on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform emergency and preventative maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Support facility maintenance and offer suggestions for improvements

• Ensure safety and enhance productivity using 5S practices

• Work closely with operators and managers to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance, with strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience with welding, fabrication, and industrial maintenance

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Comfortable with computer systems and equipment manuals

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
