Pay & Shifts:
Hourly Rate: $23.40 to $37.96 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Mon-Thu), 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Fri) (Overtime as needed)
Training:
- Duration: 5-6 weeks on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:
Perform emergency and preventative maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Support facility maintenance and offer suggestions for improvements
Ensure safety and enhance productivity using 5S practices
Work closely with operators and managers to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance, with strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with welding, fabrication, and industrial maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable with computer systems and equipment manuals
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
