Summary:

The Product Support Representative will be responsible for updating all product documentation. Product documentation will include product manuals, datasheets, parts catalogs, installation instructions, and production SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors to create manuals and animated installation instructions
• Work closely with sales, technical support, and engineering to provide manuals that are clear for the end-user
• Work with maintenance, and production to ensure that equipment instructions are accurate
• Create new and update existing equipment lock-out procedures and user manuals
• Develop and update production SOPs

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in graphic design
• Must have technical work experience
• Experience working with 2D and 3D CAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Excel
