Summary:

The Electrical Field Technician will be responsible for building, testing, installing, and maintaining equipment in the shop and at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

• Fit assigned jobs from BOMs
• Stage jobs in designated areas
• Review drawings for errors and omissions before starting the build process
• Report any errors or omissions to the shop lead
• Assist in the testing and shipping of completed jobs
• Conduct field instrumentation commissioning and startup
• Diagnose equipment issues independently
• Conduct site commissioning and startup
• Perform instrumentation wiring, diagnostics, and startup

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline
• Must have basic knowledge of multiple PLC lines
• Must have basic knowledge of networking equipment
• Must be able to commit to travel within the tri-state area
