Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Quality Inspector for the 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) with flexibility to work on Saturdays when needed. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect Food Products : Examine food items at various stages of production to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Sample Testing : Collect samples for laboratory testing to identify any deviations from quality specifications.

• Documentation : Maintain detailed inspection records and report findings to relevant teams.

• Compliance : Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

• Corrective Actions : Identify quality issues and implement corrective measures to address them.

• Training : Guide production staff on hygiene and food safety protocols.

• Collaboration : Work with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with food safety laws.

Essential Skills

• Bi-lingual Spanish required for effective communication with production staff.

• Positive attitude and pleasant personality with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with diverse populations and personalities.

• Ability to keep emotions under control and exhibit professional behavior.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.

• Understanding of the principles, practices, and procedures of the food manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
