Licensed Practical Nurse

SHIFT: Full-Time, Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN and within the scope of LPN licensure.✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care following physician orders.✔️ Monitor vital signs, patient progress, and report changes to the nursing team.✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, HIPAA regulations, and state/federal healthcare guidelines.✔️ Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide compassionate resident care.✔️ Document patient care in electronic medical records (EHR/EMR systems).✔️ Collaborate with nurses, physicians, CNAs, and therapists to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Active LPN License in the state of [State] (Required).✅ Experience in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing (SNF), assisted living, or rehabilitation preferred.✅ Strong knowledge of medication administration, wound care, and infection control.✅ Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
