Starting Salary Range: $149,000-171,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of market and operations analytics vision and strategy.

• Build and mature business intelligence and analytics capabilities, platforms, toolkits to measure, trend, visualize and report MISO market and system operations performance and outcomes.

• Cultivate strong partnership with business units across Market and System Operations to optimize business intelligence and data analytical services.

• Lead the team to proactively identify and communicate market and system operations value-added insights, inefficiencies, enhancement opportunities, both internally and externally.

• Oversee key performance metrics development, monthly operations report, Board of Directors operations report, data requests, Emergency Operations Event reviews, and drive continuous process enhancement and automation

• Recruit and develop team members to analyze, visualize, and report on market and operations performance and outcomes
