Reference #: PRIDE003623 Description Hourly Wage: $20.62 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To analyze product design and the requirements of Sales, Reimbursement, Supply Chain, Technical Service, and Manufacturing in order to plan and execute product model and finished good Bills of Materials (BOMs)  

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Analyze proposed changes to a product design to determine and prepare necessary documentation to complete the change *Create model and finished good BOMs that meet the requirements of Engineering, Sales, Reimbursement, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Technical Service and Finance *Work with immediate team members, Oracle Configuration Analysts, Product Management and Sales to develop new solutions or techniques to improve the overall order entry and order management process *Work with Product Management to supply rules for Oracle Configuration Analysts that will properly validate the entry of sales orders into Pride's order management systems *Create change orders to release new option, model, and finished good BOMs *Create change orders to manage the product obsolescence Product Lifecycle Management activities *Review engineering change data with approval authority to ensure synchronization to the configuration management system *Audit product BOMs to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices *Attend design reviews, providing feedback on assembly structure as it relates to the planned model BOM structure *Create part numbers in Agile *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management *Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines associated with each responsibility or duty *Analyze requirements from various departments as they relate to BOM structure planning *Use discretion and judgment to make good business decisions related to change management and BOM structures *Perform duties assigned with minimal supervision based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) *Work with basic hand and measuring tools Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel *Basic mathematical and analytical skills *Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS *Basic understanding of design, business and manufacturing processes/requirements preferred *Basic working knowledge of change control and quality systems preferred *Basic understanding of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) preferred *Basic working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and Product Lifecycle Management systems preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *No required experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Service, Engineering or Manufacturing role preferred *At least 1 year of experience working directly with BOMs and/or Change Control Processes preferred *Current of previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION *Associate Degree in a technical field preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
