Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – Security

Job Description

The Service (Security) Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of security services and solutions to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. This role involves managing service performance, ensuring compliance with security standards, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in security, IT service management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of security services for the Security Operations Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with security standards.

  • Participate with other managers to establish and drive strategic direction and actively lead service improvement.

  • Build effective relationships with various business functions globally, in partnership with peers, including keeping stakeholders informed regarding capabilities roadmap and challenges.

  • Manage service performance through organizational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication between the Security Operations Team and other stakeholders, including other Service Owners, Security Primes, and Portfolio Managers.

  • Collaborate with the architecture and service management teams to align service delivery with strategic goals and business outcomes.

  • Ensure that all security compliance, processes, and procedures are followed, working closely with the Partner Security Advocate and Security Prime.

  • Lead the planning and execution of service delivery projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring minimal impact on service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on service performance, project status, and key metrics to management and stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on service delivery and performance management.

  • Strong understanding of security compliance and governance in IT service delivery.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks, such as ITIL, is preferred.

Work Environment

Remote but ideally close to Raleigh if possible.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.50/hr.
