Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting the Expense Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Durham, NC (1-2 days in office)

What's the Job?

• Assist with headcount and expense tracking for the Sales P&L of large SaaS architectures.

• Discuss budget requests with sales leaders and ensure compliance with purchase order processes.

• Build and maintain an accurate expense forecast.

• Participate in monthly opex forecasting and collaborate with sales teams on requests.

• Effectively track expenses and headcount by analyzing large volumes of data.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business with 5 years of relevant finance experience.

• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Proven proficiency in Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with P&L management, opex tracking, budgeting, and expense forecasting.

• Ability to effectively communicate and validate appropriateness of spend with stakeholders.
