Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting the Expense Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Durham, NC (1-2 days in office)
What's the Job?
Assist with headcount and expense tracking for the Sales P&L of large SaaS architectures.
Discuss budget requests with sales leaders and ensure compliance with purchase order processes.
Build and maintain an accurate expense forecast.
Participate in monthly opex forecasting and collaborate with sales teams on requests.
Effectively track expenses and headcount by analyzing large volumes of data.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business with 5 years of relevant finance experience.
Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Proven proficiency in Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint.
Experience with P&L management, opex tracking, budgeting, and expense forecasting.
Ability to effectively communicate and validate appropriateness of spend with stakeholders.
