Your role at Clorox:
As the Digital Workspace Collaboration Product Owner & Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our Collaboration and Digital Workspace ecosystem. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the security and health of the workspace ecosystem, safeguarding our digital environment, and ensuring seamless operations.
As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our technical direction, which requires a combination of hands-on development skills, and ability to guide and mentor a team of engineers.
In this role, you will:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Collaboration and Digital Workspace apps and platforms, including M365, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot, Zoom,Cisco.
Provide technical leadership to the product team, guiding the design, development, and implementation of features.
Serve as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, ensuring our solutions remaincutting-edge and driving technical excellence within the team.
Proactively stay on top of anticipated releases and vendor roadmaps, drive clear communications to users, and actively manage configurations to address critical requirements and dependencies.
Contribute to the architectural decisions of the products, ensuring they align with organizational goals and standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, Legal, Real Estate, and business units, to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all Collaboration and Digital Workspace-related inquiries, issues, and improvements.
Lead the development lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and ongoing management.
Prioritize features and functionalities based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Champion user experience and ensure that tools and services are intuitive, efficient, and effective.
Monitor and analyze the performance of tools and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Ensure that all solutions adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee security, vulnerability management, and compliance measures to protect sensitive information and maintain data integritywithin Collaboration and Digital Workspaces.
Taking the lead and collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems, ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.
What we look for:
7+ years’ experience with a BS or minimum 5+ years’ experience with MS/PhD
7+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Tech Lead, or similar role in relation to Collaboration and Digital Workspace.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals and deliver successful technology initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration tools, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Viva, and Copilot.
Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Lifecycle Management: Develop product strategy and governance, manage product roadmap, and oversee the full product lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Business Process, Requirements, and System Development: Conduct business process analysis, document requirements and user stories, configure systems, and lead software development, data integration, and migration efforts
Agile Planning and Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead Agile planning and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear verbal and written communication across teams and with leadership.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
