You will be a part of the R&D Grooming & Beauty Management team, working closely with the Innovation Teams. You'll lead a team of 47 experts, including two Group Leaders, across 8 specialized competences.

Your role:

• In this influential role, you will formulate and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the Rapid Prototyping Department.

• Lead and inspire a team of 47 experts, including two Group Leaders, across 8 specialized competences.

• Create an engaged, innovative, and inspiring work environment by motivating, challenging, and coaching your team. Manage and optimize the innovative climate, stimulating entrepreneurship and driving engagement.

• Enhance both internal and external relationships, increasing the visibility of the department's capabilities and opportunities within and outside Philips.

• Collaborate with various R&D, marketing, and business units to foster seamless cooperation and innovation.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• You have 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within a Rapid Prototyping or Product Development Environment.

• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• You have a demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively in a fast-paced setting.

• You can collaborate effectively with various teams – operations, engineering, cross-functional team members, as well as external partners.

• You are professional and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Dutch.

• You have experience in related commercial project acquisition.
