Position: Project Manager for the COO

Location: On-Site at 531 Old Swede Road Douglassville, PA 19518 Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

As the Project Manager for the COO, you'll be the right-hand to our Chief Operations Officer, playing a pivotal role in our team. Your days will be varied and dynamic, filled with opportunities to support senior management, lead special projects, and ensure seamless operations. From managing complex schedules to preparing critical reports, your impact will be felt across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Excellence: Supervise Document Control personnel and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the COO's time is effectively utilized.
  • Project Management: Oversee and support business projects with keen analysis and project management skills.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, making decisive actions when necessary.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research and prepare detailed summaries and reports for the COO.
  • Meeting Mastery: Manage the COO's schedule, prepare for meetings, follow up on tasks, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Be a liaison between the COO and senior management teams, ensuring smooth and productive interactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred or 4 years of related experience. Minimum five years in an executive assistant role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Project. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: High professional ethics, good judgment, flexibility to work individually and as part of a team, and a commitment to American Crane's mission, vision, and values.

Your Commitment:

  • Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in an office environment, occasionally lift/move objects up to 20 pounds, and perform tasks requiring specific vision abilities.
  • Special Conditions: Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
