JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manager, Sales- Lands\' End Outfitters Upper Mid-Market - MGRSA005907 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Lands\' End Outfitters is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our Upper Mid-Market B2B sales division. This role is focused on managing and expanding relationships with businesses in the upper mid-market segment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to managing a team, overseeing complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth within this key market segment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Account Executives, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Upper Mid-Market clients. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership & Development: * Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives, setting clear performance expectations, providing guidance, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. * Mentor team members on effective sales techniques, ensuring continuous improvement in individual and team results. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure sales targets are being met. Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at securing new business and growing existing Upper Mid-Market accounts. * Create and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across multiple industries, ensuring consistent progress towards revenue goals. * Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Relationship Management: * Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key decision-makers within target Upper Mid-Market accounts. * Understand client business challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their needs and goals. * Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: * Accurately forecast sales revenue, track sales metrics, and analyze results to optimize strategies. * Regularly report on team progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor pipeline health and revenue projections. Collaboration with Internal Teams: * Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, offerings, and client satisfaction. * Provide feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to inform product development and marketing strategies. Negotiation & Deal Closing: * Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and close deals in collaboration with your team. * Ensure terms of contracts are aligned with company goals while meeting client expectations. Continuous Improvement: * Analyze sales processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales techniques. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new sales tools, and technologies to enhance team performance. Skills: * Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate others to achieve targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools. * Data-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on maximizing sales performance and efficiency. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
