Job Description
This position will be assigned to the Treasury Purchasing Section with an emphasis on Information Technology. This section is responsible for providing a high level of customer service managing the procurement of all Treasury's services, commodities, and Information Technology (IT). The primary functions of this position are to assist with the responsibilities of the Purchasing Section and act as a resource when supervisors and managers require assistance with special projects and Treasury's acquisitions. This position will assist in all aspects of the Department's procurement, reporting, and compliance requirements and will be expected to obtain a thorough knowledge of departmental and statewide purchasing policies, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, this position will hold various liaison program positions essential to Treasury and Departmental Services and serve as a resource for Treasury staff to resolve purchasing related questions and concerns.

Alternate Education and Experience

Hybrid Remote Work.This position is eligible to work remotely on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and must work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
