Job Description

Tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with internal communication systems, managing digital file organizati on, database entry and maintenance, and supporting the implementation of office technology solutions.

Candidates with knowledge in the following areas are preferred:

System Administration: Basic knowledge of managing servers, Active Directory, file systems, and user permissions.

Networking Knowledge: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and basic routing and switching concepts.

Database Management: Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server) and querying data.

Cloud Services: Basic understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

Programming or Scripting: Familiarity with basic programming to automate routine tasks, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
