*Required Skills *

• 5+ years experience in SAP CPI with proven experience in custom integration development (not a junior-level role).
• Hands-on experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Familiarity with Fieldglass and its integration with other SAP modules.

*Responsibilities *

• Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using SAP CPI.
• Work extensively with SuccessFactors Employee Central to create seamless integrations.
• Ensure integration solutions meet business requirements and follow best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
