Cella Inc Program Advisor (Customer Success Manager) in Des Plaines, Illinois

Location: Des Plaines, IllinoisJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $80,000 - 90,000 per yearAs a Program Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through their journey in our coaching program. Acting as their primary point of contact between workshops, you'll provide support, insights, and encouragement to ensure they maximize their experience. Your expertise in our tools and concepts will allow you to offer strategic advice, helping clients apply our frameworks to their businesses effectively. This role is both rewarding and impactful, offering you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of entrepreneurs.Responsibilities:Client Retention & Renewal Sales

Achieve 75% or higher renewal rates by ensuring client success and satisfaction.

Actively engage clients through personalized outreach, addressing their needs and reinforcing the value of the program.

Client Success & Support

Manage and coach 150-200 clients between their scheduled workshops.

Become an expert in our coaching concepts and tools to guide clients effectively.

Assist with client scheduling and ensure attendance consistency.

Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and integrity.

Workshop Facilitation & Engagement

Attend and support 6-10 workshops per quarter, assisting clients with questions and guidance.

Occasionally travel to various North American workshop locations (up to eight one-week trips per year).

Lead engaging presentations on program concepts and tools, showcasing strong public speaking skills.

Re-engagement & Business Development

Connect with former clients to encourage re-enrollment, with a goal of 12-24 returning clients per year.

Present tailored solutions to meet individual client needs and demonstrate program value.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in sales and client relationship management.

A college or university degree is preferred.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain a sense of humor in a fast-paced environment.

Strong planning and organizational skills-you stay ahead of deadlines and anticipate needs.

The ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.

A positive, energetic personality and a collaborative spirit.
