As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Franklin Park, you'll work with a team committed to providing adequate and appropriate staffing based on budget, census, acuity and as otherwise directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator. This crucial staffing role will create master schedules, adjust openings, fill vacancies, verify missed punches and time, PPDs, assist with onboarding / training / mentorships, assist with Accushield and Point of Care, review PPE requirements, and assist with recruiting tasks, all while ensuring high quality safety standards and keeping up-to-date with federal and state regulations. Pay from $24-$27.60/hr based on experience This position works full-time day shift (Monday-Friday) but may be required to work additional CNA shifts if no staff is found to cover vacancies.

What You Need: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in scheduling; central supply preferred Valid CNA license within the state of Colorado / DORA Registry Work schedule may require weekend and holiday work Certification in Dementia Care within 90 days from hire - training provided onsite OnShift experience helpful Proficient computer and math skills; MS Office, reports, budgets, and correspondence
