Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector to join our team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards before they leave our facility. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to delivering superior products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on machined parts and assemblies using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.

  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain inspection records.

  • Identify and report any non-conforming parts or deviations from specifications.

  • Collaborate with production team members to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Follow established quality procedures and work instructions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a QC Inspector in a manufacturing environment is required.

  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.

  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
