Job Title: Junior Analyst - Vulnerability Management
Remote within the US
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Analyst to join our Vulnerability Management program. In this role, you will primarily focus on investigating IT resources for exploitable vulnerabilities and working with resource owners to coordinate remediation efforts. While Vulnerability Management will be your primary responsibility, you will also be involved in similar functions within the cybersecurity space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing: Evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities in IT resources.
- Prioritizing: Determine which vulnerabilities are most critical and need to be addressed first.
- Remediating: Work with IT and security teams to resolve vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports detailing vulnerabilities, trends, and progress.
- Communicating: Share findings with business units and recommend appropriate security controls.
- Researching: Stay current with new vulnerabilities in both software and hardware.
- Improving: Help develop and implement new security tools, methods, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with IT vulnerabilities and patch management.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
- IT background, with experience in security or IT management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in assessing and remediating security vulnerabilities in IT environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.

Pay Transparency: 65-67.85/hr
