Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager:

  • Manage and oversee a variety of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Utilize MS Suite, including MS Project, to effectively manage project timelines and resources
  • Employ PPM (project and portfolio management) tools to optimize project outcomes
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project objectives are met

Required Skills for IT Project Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience
  • Experience implementing a contact center solution (like Nice CX ONE, Avaya or Genesys)
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly MS Project
  • Experience with PPM tools
  • Healthcare experience is ideal

Compensation Details: $50/hr W2
