De Teamleider Productie is verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van een team van operators om producten op tijd te leveren en tegelijkertijd aan onze kwaliteitsnormen te voldoen. De succesvolle kandidaten zullen het bedrijf begeleiden bij het garanderen van de implementatie van conforme standaardwerkprocedures in de productie, het aansturen van SQDIP-statistieken met behulp van de bedrijfssysteemtools van ons bedrijf en het leveren van continue verbeteringen van onze processen via kaizens.

Deze functie maakt deel uit van de productielocatie in Delft (Nederland) en zal op locatie plaatsvinden.

In deze rol ziet een typische dag er als volgt uit:

• Technisch en disciplinair stimuleren bij verschillende bij verschillende productiecellen, inclusief resourceplanning

• Teams van 8-10 medewerkers opbouwen om de productieprocessen te verbeteren en deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van het team

• Onze meetgegevens sturen tijdens dagelijkse managementvergaderingen om tijdige levering van producten te garanderen

• Deelname aan probleemoplossing met multifunctionele teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de maandelijkse KPI’s worden nageleefd

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van lean principes voor continue verbetering, uitbreiding van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering, probleemoplossend proces, standaardwerk en 5S via Kaizens

De essentiële vereisten van de functie zijn onder meer:

• Afgeronde opleiding tot elektronica/elektromonteur met kennis van verbindingstechnieken b.v. lijmen, schroeven en solderen

• Minimaal 7 jaar professionele ervaring in de assemblage van elektronische/elektrische instrumenten

• Ervaring met het leiden van een team

• Vaardig in ERP-systemen

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels

The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of operators to deliver products on time while meeting our quality standards. The successful candidates will provide guidance to the business to ensure implementation of compliant standard operating procedures in production, drive SQDIP metrics using our companies enterprise system tools and deliver continuous improvements of our processes via kaizens.

This position is part of the production sit located in Delft (Netherlands) and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Drive technical and disciplinary leadership at various production cells including resource planning

• Build teams of 8-10 associates to improve production processes and engage in development of the team

• Drive our metrics at daily management meetings to ensure on time delivery of products

• Engage in problem solving with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to monthly KPIs

• Develop and implement lean principles for continuous improvement, expansion of daily management, problem solving process, standard work and 5S via Kaizens

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Completed training as an electronics/electrical technician with knowledge of joining techniques e.g. gluing, screwing and soldering

• At least 7 years of professional experience in the assembly of electronic/electrical instruments

• Experience in leading a team

• Proficient in ERP systems

• Fluent in Dutch and English
