PURPOSE OF JOB/POSITION
Ensure through the coordination of action plans in key government and private accounts, in close collaboration with peers, functional areas and the Government Access/Sales team, that there is the greatest penetration in the governance of our products aligned with the product commercial strategies of the assigned therapeutic area, satisfying the needs detected in the field and that are aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
Responsible for managing sales to government in assigned key accounts, aligned with patient detection, as well as achieving requirements for new inclusion keys through new contracts (Local Awards - Specific Patient Purchases), with a highly professional and ethical profile. , promoting the patient culture in the center and safeguarding the company's reputation through compliance with current compliance policies and procedures.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Professionally and ethically promote assigned therapeutic area products with healthcare professionals and identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders. Present medical information and sound arguments to health care professionals.
• Ensure that health professionals have all the necessary information and scientific evidence to prescribe our molecules/products and thus increase the detection of patients who are candidates for the use of our molecules/products within the assigned territory.
• Offer sufficient knowledge about the inflammatory bowel disease issues.
• Identify the needs of customers as well as current and potential key physicians and healthcare institutions in the market.
• Maintain accurate product usage database and provide monthly product consumption forecasts.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between all stakeholders and other relevant functions within the company.
• Provide support and lead marketing and medical initiatives that provide relevant information about the territory and the client, in order to advise for optimal investments in the emerging market.
• Execute integrated territory business plans that incorporate objectives for each of the target therapeutic areas.
• Interact effectively with health professionals involved in the inflammatory bowel disease.
• Effectively manage medical and marketing knowledge and resources to support education-sales messages and address different customer needs to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to understand and communicate in highly scientific and technical medical information with Opinion Leaders and Medical Affairs.
• Proficiency in account management, political mapping, opportunity identification, objection management.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and communicate specific clinical information/data.
• Extensive knowledge of the business in the Mexican market and ease of transmitting his experience to other collaborators.
• Strong persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Developed demonstrated relationships and skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in order to generate strong relationships with decision-makers.

Functional expertise – proven experience
• Experience in sales in pharmaceutical/biotechnology, in the private market and government in the Mexican market.
• Experience in the relationship with Health Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders of the assigned territory.
• Experience organizing medical education and promotional events.
• Experience in managing and analyzing sales audits (DDD, IMS, Close-Up).
• Familiar in working ethically and following compliance with the Compliance policy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Specific professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Scientific Disciplines or Administrative Areas.
• Office Package. Pharmaceutical/Biotech Sales Experience
• 5 years of experience in areas or functions of Hospital Sales, High Specialty, within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in "Specialty" markets.
