ABOUT THE ROLE

• Execute the full lifecycle of information security and data privacy third-party risk assessmentsasneeded, eitherindividually or throughavailableresources, within the region

• Assist andexecute control assessmentactivties to identify control effectiveness, maturity and areas for improvementswithinregion

• Collaborate with internal third-party relationshipowners and third-party representatives to recommendnecessary security and privacy controls to effectively mitigate risks to Takeda

• Assist in promoting third-party risk management processesacross business lines to help influence a strong culture of proactiveawareness for third-party security risks

• Improveand help foster a positive end user experience with business stakeholders byenhancingourprogram to accomodate an agile business enviroment

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execute the full lifecycle of information security and data privacy third-party risk assessmentsasneeded, eitherindividually or throughavailableresources

• Assists and mentorsother risk analyst team membersleveringtheirindustry risk background and experience

• Collaborate withinternal third-party relationshipowners or third-party representatives in theirefforts to provideresponses to the security and privacy risk assessmentquestionnaire

• Assist and executeregionalcontrol assessmentactivties to identify control effectiveness, maturity and areas for improvements

• Effectivelytranslate third-party responses to assessmentquestionnaire, using sound judgement, into concise risk exposure reporting for delivery to internal stakeholders

• Partner with internal third-party relationshipowners and third-party representatives to recommendnecessary security and privacy controls to effectively mitigate risks to Takeda

• Ensurerobust tracking and remediation of third-party security and privacy risk exposuresidentifiedthroughassessmentprocesses

• Provideanynecessary training and awarenessrelated to the third-party security process

• Contribute to the gathering and distribution of periodicprogrammetrics and/or dashboards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 3-4yearsof provenexperiencein information security and/or third-party risk management

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Ability to think critically and analytically

• Capable of effectivelymanagingshiftingpriorities

• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills

• Comfortable operating in and navigating a global organization where risk stakeholders can be located across geographies and time zones

Desired

• Ability to work towardsobtainingindustrysecruitycertification(s) (CISSP)

• ServiceNow GRC experience
