Robert Half's client in Dedham is looking for a detail oriented medical records clerk to help support their office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

-Medical Records

-Data Entry

-Scheduling

-Tracking

-Using Tiger Connect

Must Have:

-Ability to multitask

-Computer Savvy

Where: ON-SITE, Dedham MA

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3-4 months +

Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is essential.

• Strong data entry skills are required, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.

• Previous work with medical records is necessary, including the ability to handle, organize, and manage such documents.

• Familiarity with NHS protocols and procedures is a plus.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are important.

• The candidate should be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy rules is mandatory.

• Knowledge of medical terminologies and coding is beneficial.

• The candidate should be able to work well in a team and also independently when required.
