Responsibilities

✔️ Assist in ordering medical records to support case preparation

✔️ Collect documents from insurance companies and organize case files

✔️ Complete insurance forms accurately and efficiently

✔️ Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters as directed by the Case Manager

✔️ Schedule and set up recorded statements to move cases forward

✔️ Provide general administrative support to the Case Manager
