Job Profile Summary

Develop, coordinate, and implement a quality oversight program to ensure accurate front-end revenue cycle processes. Monitor front-end revenue cycle work queues to ensure timely follow-up of responsible staff. Track trends, retraining staff as needed. Conduct monthly audits on all Patient Access Staff as well as quarterly trainings. Obtain CSB Consents. Stay abreast of all changes in payor policies and practices, notifying all impacted staff in a timely fashion. Collaborate with patient accounts to determine when policies and practices need to be revised due to changing reimbursement trends. Collaborate with RCIS and Epic to assure issues are addressed and systems are appropriately tested and maintained. Ensure timely schedule builds and maintenance in conjunction with fellow patient access leaders’ members. Support access liaison in developing quality improvement measures to improve access.

Computer competency (revenue cycle software, MS Word, Excel and EMR)
