The candidate will provide assessments on foreign space-based navigation applications, encompassing the use of both indigenous military, civil satellite systems, and space-based services available either commercially or through data sharing agreements.  The individual will also provide in-depth analysis of employment and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to foreign Satellite Navigation (SATNAV) systems to assess the characteristics, performance, and vulnerabilities of foreign SATNAV user systems and to understand anomalous system behavior.

 

Job Duties

  • Provide in-depth analysis of signal internals related to foreign SATNAV systems to assess the characteristics, performance, and vulnerabilities of foreign SATNAV systems and to understand anomalous system behavior
  • Prepare and present briefings on Government selected studies, models, or analyses associated with this effort to various intelligence organizations, committees, or panels as defined by the Government
  • Prepare documents, reports, and studies which pertain to Government selected topics of interest

     

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Remote Sensing, or another relevant technical field)
