Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Patient & Family ExperienceSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The executive administrative assistant is responsible for understanding, supporting, and managing the Executive Office’s operational processes and projects. The executive assistant performs a variety, administrative, data management and legal duties for the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Experience Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief HR Officer. Provides support for other senior leaders as needed.

The executive assistant gathers and evaluates data, makes judgments and advisements regarding operations and plans, designs protocol and generates well-defined reports.

The Executive assistant demonstrates organization, leadership with strong writing skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsible for coordination and management Executive Office administrative duties. The role will partner with key stakeholders throughout DCH during large project implementations and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders as applicable.

Adheres to confidentiality guidelines; and is sensitive to customer service issues and collaborates interdepartmentally with the Administrative Office, Board of Trustees, and Service Lines. In addition, this role is the backup administrative assistant for the Executive office.

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience Required: 5 years of experience required, Experience with information management, Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent word-processing skills are required

Experience with office management, coordination, or administrative assistant within healthcare preferred
