Black Rock Bar & Grill is an award-winning steakhouse specializing in steaks served on a 755 degree tabletop sizzling stone. This Rock Style Cooking creates a memorable dining experience making Black Rock the ideal restaurant for special occasions, as well as for everyday dining with friends and family.

We are Michigan's favorite steakhouse. We are opening new locations nationwide and are currently accepting applications for Busser.

A Busser is responsible for ensuring that all tables are bussed during and after a guest's visit. She/he provides service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment. She/he will also work directly with other team members to ensure that all guests' visits exceed their expectations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
• Provides the highest level of service by adhering to all Black Rock service standards
• Works directly with other FOH team members to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Assists with running of bus tubs at Quality Assurance and server stations

``` - Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a great shift operation - Assist servers in running food while ensuring proper food handling guidelines are being followed - Acknowledge all guests that come within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner - AssistsAssist host/hostess with greeting and seating guests the servers in pre-bussing dishware as the guests has finished eating - Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after a guest departs from the table - Reset all tables within a timely manner after guest departure including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness detail - Empties trash from trash cans in the restaurant - Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas; to include ensuring cleanliness upon departing from restrooms - Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled server to take over - Interact with guests to create Black Rock raving fans. - Communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed, wears a headset - Pre shift and post business side duties completed as listed in each location. - Stocking of side stations to include ice, condiments and any other necessary tool required to assist the serving team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
