We are looking for a highly driven District Leader/ Multi-Unit-Leader (MUL) that has the experience and knowledge to drive sales and provide leadership in the Quick Service Food Service Industry! You will be responsible for driving store operations in 6 locations in the Beverly, MA. area. You will provide leadership, coaching and direction to 6 Store Managers and ensure excellent restaurant operations. Our goal is to build a strong team within our store locations while also maximizing sales and profits to ensure great customer service and meeting and executing all Dunkin’ Brand standards.

Core Job Responsibilities:
Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and Store Managers
Ensure all store locations are meeting Dunkin’ Brand operational and food safety standards
Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitability
Provides excellent customer service and resolves customer complaints quickly and accurately
Delivers training to Store Managers including marketing windows and LTOs and Dunkin’ Brand initiatives
Ensure all store location correctly execute new product launches and processes in the marketing window
Drive a clear vision and communicated with team; staffing and deployment plans, team service, and speed of service
Engages with Dunkin’ Brand Corporate Field Operations teams as appropriate
Coach Store Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
Exceptional time management, problem solving, and motivation to others
Educational/Experience:
Basic computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written English Language
ServSafe Certification preferred
Prior Dunkin’ managerial or multi-unit experience is a plus!
