About the Internship:
We’re passionate about helping develop emerging talent in the advertising industry. Our internship program will immerse you in our creative, collaborative company culture and give you a hands-on introduction to working at an advertising agency. You’ll become a valued team member and work on meaningful projects while getting great mentorship and training throughout the summer. Program Details:
Dates: June 3rd – August 7th
Hourly pay of $20 / hour
4 day work week (32 hours) Monday – Thursday (Enjoy Fridays off!)
Hybrid program – 3 days a week in office, so you’ll need to be located in the city of your internship for the summer
Open to college juniors, seniors (graduating in 2025 and 2026), and recent grads
Job Description:
As an Account Management Intern, you’ll be part of the team that is responsible for the management of agency work and relationships with clients.
During your time with us you will:
Learn the fundamentals of account management and how to confidently provide client service support
Provide assistance in the development and organization of support materials for internal and client meetings
Provide administrative support (creating documents, proofreading, assembly, duplication and distribution)
Gain exposure to numerous departments at Team One – learn each department’s roles and responsibilities
Ensure teams are prepared for internal and external meetings, coordinate meetings, follow-up on outstanding items, assist team with reports
Manage and update competitive decks and research materials needed for creative development
Routinely monitor relevant websites/competitors to track up-to-the-day competitive work
Collaborate with and compile information from a variety of teams including strategy, search, product, social, and digital
Develop multimedia campaign recaps
Competitive research
Assist the social team with community management tasks as needed
What we’re looking for in our interns:
Passion for the marketing and advertising industry
Enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and be proactive
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate well with internal team members
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
