Wells Fargo Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant -- Total Rewards in DALLAS, Texas
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Human Resources Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence supporting Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking. This individual will work with colleagues across Total Rewards and Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment banking. This individual will be responsible for proper execution of controls, maintaining control and desktop procedure documentation, and driving operational excellence across the team to ensure procedures are completed accurately and timely across the team resulting in accurate functional incentive payments to the plan participants.
In this role, you will:
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
Be responsible for Controls and associated procedures that support Commercial Banking or Corporate and Investment Banking Incentive Compensation Administration.
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.
Maintain deep understanding of the Incentive Compensation Administration for all plans within Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking.
Partner with Incentive Compensation colleagues that support Design, Technology and Analytics.
Supervise and oversee programs that support Controls and procedures and provide coaching/training to colleagues as necessary.
Act as a subject matter expert on the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation
Maintain ownership of controls and associated procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Leadership experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and being a go-to resource
Incentive Compensation experience
Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation
Experience with Jira and Varicent
Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve
Attention to detail with a focus on executing effectively
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of Commercial Banking or Corporate and Investment Banking
Ability to navigate organizational change in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control
Strong project management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
