Sabre Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas, Texas

As part of a large, global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for managing revenues, topline KPIs, and various balance sheet items for the Sabre Hospitality business unit. In this position, you will have the opportunity to interact with a broad and diverse group that includes Strategy, Operations, Sales, and Accounting. This position will report to the Senior Principal of Strategic Finance.

Sabre is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst

What will you achieve?

• Finance partner to commercial and product leaders within Sabre Hospitality

• Monthly journal entries, variance analysis, and Close reporting

• In-year forecast and multi-year planning

• Ad hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders

• Drive insights into revenue and topline metrics at product and regional level

•Support strategic projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must Have Skills:

• Dynamic self-starter that is always looking to improve processes

• Ability to understand impact of actions and recommendations on EBITDA and cash flow

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and analyzing complex datasets

• Team player that wants exposure to cross-functional collaboration

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, managing large datasets)

• Strong written and verbal communication, willingness to grow into an executive-facing role

• Willing to work flexible hours on a global, cross-functional team

• Candidate must be detail-oriented and accurate with good mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively & efficiently within given timelines

Nice To Have Skills:

•MBA

•5+ years of applicable FP&A experience

•Technology or software sector experience (preferred)

•Prior Experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Salesforce

•External reporting experience
