IBM SAP RISE Sales Leader in Dallas, Texas

Introduction

An engaging sales leader with an exceptional ability to effectively articulate and position a compelling and differentiated SAP solution on Power with clients. Adept at building new and strong client relationships across multiple levels up to C-suite. Natural ability to lead and influence large teams across IBM Technology and Consulting to manage a high growth opportunity and deliver on ambitious sales targets. Equipped with a growth mindset to cultivate teaming across IBM, GSIs, and SAP to drive Power, overcoming platform and competitive hurdles in strategic alignment with client’s business and technology drivers.

Your role and responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Grow revenue/signings for SAP on Power

  • Develop trusted relationships across IBM, GSIs and SAP

  • Collaborate to engage in new and existing accounts

  • Deliver compelling value proposition overcoming competitive objections

Required technical and professional expertise

  • 10+ years in selling IBM Power in a leadership role with in-depth knowledge of architecture, portfolio and competitive differentiation

  • 5+ years in selling SAP solution to mid and large enterprise accounts with both IBM, and non-IBM footprint

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to identity new business opportunities around complex enterprise solutions

  • Proven skills in developing relationships across all levels in the organization, earning trusted partner with key decision makers, influencers up to C-suite

  • Exceptional ability to lead and influence large teams across IBM Technology and Consulting including account and business line leadership

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Knowledge of IBM Cloud portfolio

  • Knowledge of SAP portfolio

  • Knowledge of Hyperscalers
