Work you'll do
SAP Child Support Financials SME performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, configuration, testing and implementation of SAP based Child Support solution. Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions. Creates functional specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to application developers. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PSCD. Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP PSCD.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
8+ years of experience in requirements planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Experience with Collection and Disbursement related interfaces.
Experience in performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Able to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.
Experience documenting functional designs, test cases and results.
Able to proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Experience providing consulting services on new implementation
Experience acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Able to work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Child Support knowledge is must
Preferred:
Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
