Job Description

The Strategy and Integration team within U.S. Bank’s PCS division has three functions: CRM (Salesforce) Enablement, API Product management, and API & SSO Integrations. In this role as a Project Manager on for the Salesforce platform, you will play a pivotal role in executing and collaborating on the Partner Organization CRM (Salesforce) platform strategy for the U.S Bank’s PCS partner facing teams of Cobrand and Elan, as well as integrating supporting business line, technology and operation functions. The Salesforce platform supports over 250+ employees and 10+ business lines. You will collaborate with partner facing, implementation, product, digital, operations and technology teams to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and ensure our Salesforce implementation aligns with business objectives.

Salesforce Administration:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.

  • Customize Salesforce applications and features to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.

  • Manage user accounts, including creation, onboarding, and training for new users.

  • Develop and implement Salesforce best practices, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor Salesforce system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities include:

Platform Management:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for platform features and enhancements.

  • Create a platform roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

  • Manage platform backlog in coordination with team and leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

  • Prioritize platform backlog and manage platform releases, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that features meet business requirements.

  • Work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and solutions for the Salesforce platform

Technical Development:

  • Develop custom applications and functionalities using Apex and JavaScript.

  • Implement automation processes using tools like Flow and Process Builder.

  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate third-party applications and APIs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of related experience in information systems technology

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Salesforce Developer and Admin certifications

  • Considerable knowledge of systems technology and functional area

  • Consultative/ Strategic Thinker

  • Understanding of credit card payments

  • Understanding of agile framework

  • Strong technical and business knowledge of organization policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated analytical, project management and tactical planning skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in developing and managing project budgets

Location Expectations

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
