Job Description:
The University of Texas at Dallas has an excellent job opportunity for individuals looking to join the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences as a Finance Operations Coordinator.
This position will provide budgeting, finance, and procurement support for multiple faculty in the school, with a focus on research funding. The candidate will work closely with department faculty and staff to provide financial and research administration support for department finances, financial processes, and records to meet the department’s day-to-day financial goals. Additionally, this role will assist in ensuring that compliance with all regulations, policies and university requirements are met to secure the department’s long-term financial viability and stability.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and four years of general office, accounting or business related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience in higher education as well as experience with PeopleSoft
Previous experience in research administration, NIH policies and Uniform Guidance
